Had a good weekend at Heliopark! Gorgeous balcony views, cozy atmosphere, and the breakfast spread was great. A few quirks like noisy doors and no AC, but overall, I’d definitely return!

I faced significant issues during my stay. The thermal spring water supply in my room was broken, which was frustrating since it was a primary reason for choosing this hotel. Additionally, parking was a challenge, and I struggled to find a nearby spot after unloading my luggage. The experience left a lot to be desired, especially with missed expectations.

Waking up to the soothing sound of thermal water in my room was a delightful start each day. The breakfast buffet was a treat, offering everything from savory to sweet, making mornings feel special.

However, the hotel does show signs of age. some areas felt neglected, with worn carpets and outdated furnishings. The parking situation can be tricky, as street parking adds an unexpected cost.

Delightful atmosphere with friendly staff! The breakfast was remarkable, featuring fresh juices and a variety of choices. Room service makes it easy to relax after exploring the area 🍽️. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to key attractions! 🚶‍♀️

The parking situation was a bit tricky. we had to use a garage at the shopping mall. A little more signage would help guests!

My so-called "Superior Single Room" was a disaster. the narrow bed was hard as a rock and had cracks all over. then, the thermal bath wasn’t even functional! i almost wrote a glowing review, but after that disappointment, i expected at least a complimentary gesture, but of course, that didn’t happen. absoluteley underwhelming experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Heliopark Bad Hotel Zum Hirsch. The spa water access in my room made for a luxurious experience, and the breakfast offered a delightful variety of fresh options. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive.

It was just a great match for an overnight stay in Baden-Baden with high value for money. The bartender was super friendly, making a local drink that was delicious and different. Check out the bar for a cozy nightcap.
